Red and green star system, what is it for and how do I use it on my site please

I have been watching a red star on my site with an ever increasing figure beside it and I am getting quite worried...am I doing something wrong and being punished by eBay?  I looked at someone elses site and they had a much lower number and a green star, does this mean that I am increasing my bad behaviour somehow...please help, Sara

You have been on ebay since 2014 I find it hard to believe that you do not know what that means

If it is then it is your feedback score which are left by either sellers or buyers when you buy or sell an item

The colours are for how many you have received

the 'stars' change colour as you get more feedback, you haven't done anything wrong!
