Received an empty parcel from seller

I bought an eyeliner and I received a small empty enveloppe. The enveloppe was empty, had a hole in the bottom, badly packed, no identification about who sent it and no tracking number. I report the problem to Royal Mail but still didn't have any response. The seller said he will send me another one but I said that I would rather to receive a full refund however still nothing is sorted. I don't know what to do.

Thanks.

Open a case for item not-as-described (received an empty package).  Sounds daft but eBay will give you a prepaid returns label to print and use at the seller's expense and you send back the empty packaging to the seller.  The full refund will be forced.

Make sure that you escalate the case to eBay on 'day' 9 when the option will appear.  Ignore anything the seller might say.

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre and escalate it after another 8 days

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

The seller may just refund or may want the empty packet back so they can claim off RM
