Received a fake PS4 controller and Im being forced to return item to china before refund

Hi,

I'm trying to understand how an ebay user is able to have fake PS4 controllers up for sale for so long that 338 have been sold up untill now. The item was described as being based in London however it was shipped in from China and now I'm having my arm twisted for something that is in no way my fault.

I have seen the colour of the real magma red ps4 controllers and this one I bought is a pale red. The charging port is barely usable, its hard to fit the connector into the port. The box has a black controller on it when the real red controller box should have a magma red controller on it. The PS button on the front is of a poor quality.

After numerous messages back and forth, and repeatedly ignoring the fact that they were deceiving ebayers, they agreed to provide me with a refund. However before this is procressed they want me to ship the item back to China and have not provided me with a return label or courier details. Am I required to pay for postage back to China even though the item location in the decription was in London?
