Contact eBay Customer Services they have access to your account and can tell you what you haave purchsed. Be aware especially if using an app the buy and pay 'buttons' are very sensitive. Though to actually pay you do have to go through more than one procedure, to finalise and pay, so contact them to explain the charge.
To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search in to Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see Contact Us, and the option to use Live Chat, and sometimes, there is a Call Back system.
Both options will give you an approximate time you need to wait for a response from their team.
