Item was damaged so I statrted a returns case. The seller initiated a refund via e-cheque before I returned it but I now have changed my mind and want to keep it it. How can I buy it back? Currently the e-cheque has not cleared and the seller is demanding I post it back immediately, which is against eBay's advice. How would they do a payment request and what exactly is it?
