QR or 6 digit code not received

Hi, I have purchased several things through ebay for collection but have not recieved a QR code or 6 digit number the seller is asking for?

Have checked emails but nothing on them

Can anyone advise please?

Without a code seller can only mark as dispatched.

If both buyer and seller were using the Ebay app. then the code would be sent by text to buyer who shows code to seller who scans it with his phone.
