Purchased the wrong item, seller will not cancel and refusing to ship

So I purchased a watch which I was the wrong model, I paid for the item, I then realised I ordered the wrong item and asked politely if the seller could cancel. They then complained that they would lose fees etc. In which as a seller myself I understood and apologised. Now they are refusing to send me the item or give me a refund as they feel my reason was not genuine...?

What shall I do.

Nothing you can do if they are a Private Seller with a No Returns Policy. Only Business Sellers have to accept Change of Mind Returns. If they don't Send it open an Item Not Received Case with Ebay one day after the Estimated Delivery Date. 

The Seller could have Cancelled using "Buyer Requested Cancellation" as a Buyer Initiated Cancellation, their Fees would have been Refunded.

Well I offered to pay the PayPal fee but they also want me to pay the ebay sellers fee as well!!? I'm not sure what to do, they are being very difficult about it. I know it was my error, but when I have been cancelled on I just accept and move on. Do I still contact ebay?

Try and persuade them to just Cancel. As said Selecting "Buyer Requested Cancellation." Their Final Value Fees will be Refunded. You will get your Money Back and they can Re-list.

OK but they won't get their PayPal fees back, so they can send me a refund minus the PayPal. Is that possible?
