Purchase missing items.

The Seller stated in the item listing that the doll was "Used, but had not been taken out of the box".   I assumed from this, therefore, that the box and contents were complete.   The Seller also stated PLEASE CHECK PICTURES.   When the item arrived, it was missing the blouse  (hard to see from the photos, as the blouse is the same colour as the background card).   The Seller did not mention anywhere in the listing description that the blouse was missing.   This fact is important, as the item is incomplete without this and affects the price.   I would not have bought this item or paid this price if I had realized that it didn't have the blouse included.    Is it my fault for not spotting that the blouse was missing in the photos, or the Seller's fault for not mentioing this anywhere, being important?   Am I being reasonable if I ask to return this as "Item not as described", as it was stated that the doll had not been taken out of the box.   Any advice would be welcome.  Thank you.

Yes do. Open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. The Seller has 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label through the Case. If they don't just Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
