Hope someone can advice.
I won an item last Sunday and paid straight away. It is still showing as unpaid because the seller has stated they have had there PayPal temporary suspended. They said on Tuesday by message that this has now been resolved and are now waiting for a link to be sent by ebay. I have sent 2 more emails asking about the item I have won yet I am not receiving any response.
any advice is welcomed
