Hello,

So i recently purchased a item, and when i asked for authenticity and status of the order they said that the item was not there's and they are selling it for a third party? and that they do not even have the item..

When i reveive the item i am going to check for authenticity and if it is not will i be able to get a full refund?

Yes, if it's not genuine start a "not as described" return via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History.    Escalate it after 3 business days.

If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.   And they will enforce the refund after return.
