Hi,
I have a buyer who has bought a single item, but is now requesting 6 more at reduced postage. This in itself is not a problem but he is abroad somewhere and is using a UK company to forward on his orders. He says its cheaper for him. I am a bit wary of posting abroad as apparantly often buyers say genuinely or otherwise thay they do not receive items and request a full refund. I was thinking of splitting the delivery in two and sending with tracking. Now who will sign for the item, the proxy company or the buyer, and why is the buyer not using eBay international shipping as usual?
Anyone help?
