I few weeks back I had a promotion sent to me for 'Sell for £3 max'.
I have a number of high valued items on EBay, so to take advantage of this offer I ended all my relisted them all.
However, I have sold a few of my items this week and checking my sellers account the promotion shows for one item but for the other I have been charged the full 10%. This listing was for a multiply quantity item. Does this mean that these promotions don't apply to them? nothing flagged up when I was relisting this particular item.
What's really frustrating is I reduced my asking price to share my saving with the potential buyer so I've lost out.
I checked the protomotion and it shows I applied it to 5 listings, however when I get the list of item codes and search for them on EBay I can't find two of them.
Once again I feel ripped off by EBay.
