Problems with payment

I foolishly put.gmail.co.uk on my PayPal details when it meant to be.com. According to eBay the payment has initiated so why haven’t I recieved payment.

If you have an incorrect email address on your listings then that is where it goes

You need to sort it out

If you can use that email then add it too your paypal account and the money should come through

You could possibly set a gmail account up with that address

 

If not then you will have to ask the buyer to cancel and then send them a Request money from paypal from your account to the buyers emal address for them to pay

You put in the item number
