Postal delays and feedback

Just a heads up.

 

Despite overwhelming evidence that there is disruption to the postal service Ebay are carelessly allowing negative feedback related to postal delays. Also the number of Items Not Received requests are increasing significantly.

 

We sell a lot of low value items under 100grams in weight which means they can't be economically tracked.

 

The warm words from Ebay about protecting sellers seem empty and worthless. Very disapponted in Ebay's response when we get in touch, which appears lazy and lacklustre. There are also a significant number of buyers that are taking advantage of the current issues with delivery.

eBay are removing all neg f/b to do with postal delays but have warned it may take a few days.
