This has been in force since about three and half years now and still members are coming on here not knowing this
There were announcments at the time and many threads complaining but it is in force and ebay seems to have no intention of changing it
You have to make sure you charge enough for the fees as well as postage.
It is really not worth selling items for £1 or the 99p or 50p you have listed
Some of your postage pricing is a bit erratic and some would well cover the extra postage
DVD 2nd Class would go for a lot less than £1.99
