Hey guys,
So I've placed an order tonight from 3 sellers, I've gone to check out and selected confirm and for whatever reason my phone has kicked me back to the beginning!!
So..my basket is still showing is full, non of the items are showing in purchase history, I've contacted the sellers to see if they have received the orders..they have said no..but the funds are showing as pending with the bank!!
Do we think the funds are just in holding and will be returned, or do we think I've lost my money?? I could cry right now!!
TIA for any tips, I will obviously call the bank first thing, I'm just impatient xxx
