Pending cancellation

How can I relist my item if it keeps saying cancellation pending but the person buying hasn’t accepted the cancellation and dispute not showing up and ignoring messages I’m now stuck waiting for them to accept the cancellation and can’t seem to re list my item. Frustrating.

That is the problem with issuing a cancellation request you are dependent on the buyer accepting,  if they ignore it,  you have to wait a full 10 days to be able to close it yourself.  Then,  fees are refunded,  and you are safe to relist.

Always open an unpaid item case,  after 4 days you can close it,  fees refunded,  you can relist and the buyer gets a strike on their account for not paying.  If they gain another,  they will not be able to buy from the majority of sellers fotr a full 12 months.

Yes, pain when they ignore you, just do not forget to close it yourself after the full 10 days has lapsed, it is tmed to the very second from opening.
