Am trying to pay for an item but paypal keeps messing me about. I've clicked on the paypal blue bar but it won't send the payment through. Becuase this happened the last time I tried to send the payment through my bank card, but the recipient has stated they didn't receive the payment. Could someone sort this out please. Am totally **bleep** off with all this trouble. I'm not interested in the other methods of payment. Have received loads of texts with a number to use on paypal but not even that works. Am going round in circles on this bloody site. Can paypal please answer me properly.
