I'm having trouble registering my business with the new Poyneer system.I am from Letonia(Latvia).
Can anyone share the information?

Follow the informaion in your message from eBay then register with Payoneer.
You need to sign out of ebay as you are on the UK site
Then sign into the site for ebay Latvia or ebay.com and ask your question there.
