Why does the payment for my items come from my account twice one lot of the payments show as taken and the same amount as pending? Even though the pending payment is not taken it still removes the funds from my balance for over a week, it's never happened in the past why is it happening now?

What account are you talking about?  Bank, Paypal, Ebay - Account tells me nothing.

Sorry I'm talking about my bank account, both the taken and the pending payments have the same reference number and both are Luxembourg Lu. I've been buying things from eBay for years, this has only started happening over the last few months, I've never broken any eBay rules or changed anything on my account, so I don't understand why it's stated happening now,
