new to the new sellers payment system, y item has sold and buyer paid but hasn’t collected yet but the money is on hold, what does this mean
Collection items should be cash on collection but too late now
If ebay says the buyer has paid then the buyer comes and collects and you mark as Paid and Dispatched
You may have to wait the 21 days as you have no tracking to prove Delivered
