Previously, when the buyer paid you by Paypal it was direct to you, and instant.
Now the buyer pays eBay, and eBay passes it on after deducting its fees. Like it or not, this is eBay's new payment method, and it involves a delay. There's no point in sellers complaining over and over again about this.
Your money is secure once you're notified that eBay has received it. It just means that you have to have the money to post it, without waiting for it from eBay. Would you want to buy from a seller whose finances are so hand to mouth that they can't do this?
