Payment for my book

The money of a book I've sold hasn't gone into my pay pal account but has gone into a bank account that I no longer have access to so I've made a loss. Is there anyway for me to get the money back ? And to set PayPal as a default payment

you are on ebays managed payments, why did you set it up using a bank account you no longer use?

you cannot revert to paypal payments

if the bank account has been closed the payment will be returned to ebay and you need to provide up to date bank details

Contact that bank,  and change the payment details on your nominated bank account for payouts from eBay,  asap
