ive sold something on eBay and the buyer payed me on collection, I have some outstanding fees on my account. I've can't see how to pay them, why can't there be a pay now and you use PayPal or a debit card?
ive tried to add another card but it spits it back at me, worst of all why can't you ring or email someone rather than using a poxy automated system
any ideas please
