Paying cash on collection

My buyer paid cash on collection, but I don't seem to be able to mark the item as paid and collected on eBay.  This seems to have changed from last time I sold something.

Did you try using a Lap Top or PC?  Any problems enter Mark as Dispatched into Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page.

Use a Laptop or PC. Find the More Actions Drop Down menu to the right of the Sold Item and Mark as Paid and Dispatched.

Thanks for your quick response. What you suggest is what I used to do,
but the only other options available now are:

As you can see, it's either send payment details, resolve a problem, or
cancel order. None of these apply. Is this change something to do with
eBay's new payment policy and an attempt to make people use PayPal?
