I came back to Ebay after long gap so wasn't oversurprised to be asked to reset my password. However, each new day I try to log on, my password is rejected and I have to reset a new one!! A daily waste of time. I tried 'Chat' function but was rejected because my phone number didn't begin with a US code (though on Ebay UK). What's going on? I need to follow my sale.

If you are being asked asked for US code, sounds like you are on ebay.com.
