Hi has anyone else experienced as a seller buyers claiming they have not received their purchase. I have been a seller on eBay for quite a few years however in the last few months I've received 3 emails from 3 different purchasers claiming they have not received their item. I am definitely NOT for one moment saying they are being untruthful and would never assume so. Two of the parcels were posted on the same day from my local Post Office. I do have proof of posting and have been in contact with the Royal Mail who unfortunately were not that helpful and I'm still waiting for an outcome. As it's the first time I've experienced this in all the years as a seller I was just wondering if anyone else had been through the same.
Is a very common occurrence on here. To protect yourself you should use Tracked Postage and add the Tracking Number into the Hub under the Sales Summary.
Royal Mail do have a 16 Digit Doorstep Reference Number on the POP for Small and Medium-sized Parcels. Is Free and Ebay accepts that as Tracking as long as you add that to Dispatch and Delivery is Confirmed.
