Parcel size and packlink

Hi the packlink requires parcels to be 45x35x16cm the box I'm sending is 33x25x31 but is less than 1kg will I have to pay the next size rather than then 1kg one?
How does packlink work i cant find info on it if anyone has a link would be helpful thanks

You don't have to use packlink, you can arrange your own courier.

Size & weight have to correct, especially with Packlink/Hermes, 

others have had to pay excess charges for being just 1cm over.
