Has anyone had issues sending items to Italy?
I sent a small parcel in June which has been stuck at Italian customs since 29th June. I tried contacting them but they sent documents in Italian which I don't understand. Asked them to advise but no response.
Now ebay are refunding my buyer and I am out of pocket and missing my item
