Paid twice in error for postage

I have accidently paid twice for the same parcel to Royal Mail.  Any ideas how to get a refund for one. I have contacted by e-mail twice but no reply.

You mean you have bought two labels!! If you use this service then there must also be instructions for how to cancel unused labels.
