Paid for an item but Seller wants email & phone nos. before sending. Must I disclose private info?

Paid by Paypal, so address available, but Seller wants my private email and phone numbers before sending.  Have never been asked for this before and am not happy to disclose my private info.   What should I do?

Thank you. I have sent the seller a polite note explaining my unwillingness and will wait and see.
