Seller promised the item will arrive no later on Dec 6
But buyer haven't received it on that date plus PBI tracking Ng number doesn't work all the time.
I wanted to cancel this purchase but eBay platform asked me to return item. I can't change it from return item to didn't receive it on eBay platform and there is no contact eBay CS directly so what can I do now?
