There is obviously some fault with this,  as many are reporting it,  you are not alone.

Suggest you call eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab above,  type into bar there ....   Promotional voucher not working,  then   follow prompts to Call Us.

It would also help us greatly if you could come back , and tell us if you did get any answer,  then we can help others in the same situation.

We have just had an update from another member, that eBay are aware there is a technical issue with this and are working on it. So the further answer would be .... how long is a piece of string before it gets fixed!

At least you know it's nothing you are doing wrong! @biggerboystoys

I can confirm the coupon has now been reactivated however guest checkout is still disabled.

Members need to be signed in to redeem the coupon.

Guests users who do not have an account will need to register.

Others are having the same problem

If you have checked the Terns and conditions carefully within the terms

It seems there is a glitch with ebay as one member has contacted them and they say it is a technical fault

Hopefully they will get it sorted out

You could phone or chat yourself to make sure as CS often give wrong advice

Top of the page under Help and contact then neares the problem for phone or chat if available
