A Buyer says the CD they bought from me is faulty. I know it isn't faulty.
Suspecting I'll get zero support from eBay whilst also imagining that the Buyer is relying on me giving a discount instead of going to all the trouble of a Return, I accept the Return.
eBay stings me over £3 for the P&P.
Lo and behold, the Buyer doesn't return the CD.
Is it possible to somehow get the aforementioned P&P refunded or am I now down over £3 through no fault of my own?
Thanks in advance for constructive replies.
Check your Seller Invoice from under the Account Drop Down Tab. I don't think you are charged If the Label hasn't been used.
