Opened Case from March Still Not Resolved

I opened a case against a seller for an item I won and paid for by Paypal straight away. When it didn't arrive (she'd not actually sent it) she offered me a refund which I said was okay. Then she emailed and said according to her Paypal account there was a problem with MINE and she'd never been paid at all so didn't owe me anything. I see it coming out of my Paypal account on 5/3 (sale finished 4/3). I opened a case on 25/3, said my bit, I assume she said hers to eBay but I've not heard anything since and the case still shows as open. Until I can call/email eBay tomorrow, has anyone come across this before? I mean a case being open for 2 months? It's only a small amount but that's not really the point.

Have you escalated the case?   That has to be done within 30 days of starting it.   If so there are delays in ebay sorting out escalated cases.   You could try contacting them using the Help & Contact link at top of page.
