On my eBay it says scan code to say customer has collected item you’ve sold. Scan what?

ebay have introduced these codes without actually telling anyone about them!

the buyer is supposed to show you the code on their phone,

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
