Omron Nebuliser Compressor - cannot list

Hi

Could you please help - I have seen private sellers in the UK selling nebuliser compressors that do not require prescription on eBay, however, when I try to list mine, I get an error that 'private sellers aren't allowed to sell medicines.'

Is it forbidden to sell a nebuliser compressor on eBay then? If so, how come there are so many eBay listings in the UK? I must be doing something wrong. Would appreciate your help!
