I buyer has tried to make a bid on one of my items and the message that came up was
You are the Winning bidder on, or have bought the maximum allowed number off this seller’s items in the past 19 days. What does this mean?

Sellers can block bidders for a number of reasons including buying too many items too close together.

You may have set your account too tight.

Alternatively you can add that specific buyer to your exemption list, so they can bid on the item.
