Not receiving messages....

Can anyone help....

Over the last few days I've not been receiving messages. I am however getting an email to my gmail account & can view the message but cannot reply. The message does not appear in my eBay inbox either.

Very frustrating, any help would be appreciated!

Maybe you've been banned.

We all received a reminder near the end of September. No Pre-sale contact info to be shared.
Offense 1 seems to be a 7 day message ban but more offenses could lead to an account suspension.
