Just gone onto my ebay using the app on my phone and gone to go into purchases so I can re order something and all my purchases aren't there so gone into my account and it says account name is ric_51 which isnt me has never been me not even close. How can this have happened when I'm using my phones app? It has always just signed me in automatically I've never had to sign into again since I set it up

sounds like you used the continue with google/apple/facebook option
this opens a brand new account
you need to log out and log back in using your normal ebay ID and password
