Hi the expected delivery date for my package should be Monday 5/7/2021, but I'm yet to receive it. Please what's going on?

Once the seller has posted, the matter is out of his hands.
Hopefully your item is stuck in the post so give it a few days longer.
I have seen so many cases of buyers opening premature cases, being refunded and subsequently receiving the goods. Best to be a little more patient.

Expected delivery dates are only ESTIMATES, so allow another day, then if still not arrived open a NOT RECEIVED case in the resolution centre. Sellerbthen has 3 days to refund if not you escalate the case to ebay who will take over.

Hi
Delivery dates are estimates....they are not a set date. Wait another day or so to see if your item arrives and then contact the seller and ask if they have a tracking number. If no response within a day or so....open a not received case under Ebays money back guarantee and follow all the instructions carefully.
