Nobody at Ebay picks up the telephone

Im trying to upload a listing but get an error message and told to telephone customer services. They even give me the number to ring. Thats fine but when I do all I get is "sorry our office are closed. Please call back during office hours" I'm ringing at 10 oclock in the morning and early ours of the afternoon. But still the same message.

Is anybody else having this problem.

As your Selling account has been unused/dormant for more than a year, previous account settings will need to be reset/updated and / or the account has been blocked by eBay for security purposes ...

Check and update (including PayPal) first before contacting Customer Service to reactivate the Selling account if still having difficulties ... make sure that you are contacting UK (not USA ) CS due to the time differences >

Thanks for your tips. Ive gone though these and would appear that my
account has been blocked.

I have a number to ring 0800-358-6552 and 11 digit security code. All I
need is someone to pick up the phone in the UK

Who gave you a number?  There is no number at the moment, the contact options are that they will call you back, or you can live chat. Use the help and contact buttom at the top of the page. 

You can get a number off google, but that does just what you have reported because it's not in use.
