I have the above message every time I try to checkout in the app, I have tried updating ebay and PayPal, also uninstalling both apps but nothing seems to work. I can checkout when using my laptop, but not when using my phone. Everything worked fine until 3 days ago. Can anyone give me some advice on how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance
