I bought something which had to be collected. I have had no contact from the seller. I followed the return process but Ebay rejected the return. Thus I'm out of pocket.
Has anyone had any success of actually contacting anyone at Ebay when such things arise?

adding to the advice already given -
Mentioning eBay in the negative feedback means that if the seller knows the rules they can get it removed.
why did you open a return?
you can't 'return' something if you haven't received it!
you will have to open a case through your payment provider instead.
