No response from the seller

Purchased some chairs and after a couple weeks of using we have noticed a damage in two of them, asked the seller for spare parts and only received  spare part for 1 chair.  Asked the seller to send for another one as requested but still haven't received and there is no response from seller, it was purchased in February 2021 and the Ebay resolution center says only that I should contact the seller but how....

You are out of time to do anything on ebay as you had 30 days to open a dispute

You have 180 days on paypal if you paid that way but the money back guarantees on both ebay and paypal are for items that are not as described when you receive them so they may not accept a dispute now.

No harm in trying.

Try siging up to thier returns before you open the dispute
