No response from seller. How can eBay help?

Hi,

I have opened up a case, but there isn't an option to ask ebay to step in.

I'm also unsure how to reply to a comment on the ebay community.

The option to escalate the case to ebay will appear 8 to 10 days after you started it.   Then go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page, find your case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

 

If you have problems doing (eg. it could be out of time) you can still open a case with Paypal to get your money back.  Log directly into your Paypal account and click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre" on the lefthand side.  Open a case and escalate it as soon as possible within 20 days.
