Hi, just wondering where I stand? I've had no message to say the buyer will be making a payment and I want to relist the item? it's been 4 days now and I've still had no response from my buyer, I've sent a payment reminder but where do I stand with re listing? Do I open an unpaid item case or just relist as I haven't heard from the buyer? I'd rather not open an unpaid item case but unsure of weather I can just relist the item without doing so?

You're supposed to complete an Unpaid Item case before you relist. If you don't you might end up with two buyers for one item. You can start an UI case after 2 complete days and close it after another 4. After that buyer cannot leave feedback. If you use ebay's UI Assistant they can't leave f/b as soon as it starts.
