No RIGHTS for sellers or goodwill gesture.

As a seller we give a part of our sales to eBay so why have we got basically no rights or support when it comes to issues. Not all sellers are angels I get that but why penalise the ones that are good and honest. Someone bought an item who isn't tech savvy after spending ages helping them they ignored my messages and haven't closed the case down. I was told I would get my money back today if no response(30 day wait). I message eBay as I haven't got my money. They couldn't care less and don't even offer goodwill for the inconvience caused either. It's an absolute joke, why are we paying such high fees if they can't even help us properly. I now lose out as the customer has the item and eBay have my money for a whole month, they say I could have done a returns request but I have to pay the postage, why would I ask the item to be returned if it works. I'm thinking if I should just make a returns request anyway, just fed up of no one helping it's an absolute joke. Can't even complain against anyone because it goes no where and I don't get a response. What rights do we actually have

EBay is mostly run by Bots.  Customer Service are in the Philippines. The best course of action is to ask on here or use the Help Pages which do cover everything you need to know.
