Negative feedback

I have been given negative feedback, the seller has tried retracting it but without luck, I cannot find anywhere where I can get help with this!

Is a serious Policy Violation to leave Buyers any Negative Comments. Report to EBay through Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page. Enter "Contact Ebay."  Ask them to Remove it.

Thanks I’ve tried but had no response, it’s really unfair as I have never had any problems and always pay immediately. I don’t want other sellers looking at my feedback thinking I’m a bad payer! The seller has also tried to remove it but can’t it’s all very confusing but very damaging! Thanks again.
