Hello All
I've received unfair negative feedback from a buyer. He was rude from the off, but I didn't react, and continued to be nice. Next thing I know, a few weeks later, is that he has left negative feedback, claiming I was a terrible seller and that he didn't receive his item. This was the first I had heard anything about the item not being delivered so I checked the tracking, and according to Royal Mail it was delivered. I contacted the customer to ask if he had indeed received it, and to ask why he had left negative feedback, and he will not reply. I also asked Ebay to remove the feedback, showing them all correspondence and the tracking number, but they said they will not remove it.
This is my first negative feedback from over 800, and not one I deserve in the slightest.
What can I do?
I can't find a number to call either.....
Please help!?!
Thank you in advance
Jon 🙂
follow redwick1 advice and you might get the neg removed.
However, it would be best before getting eBay involved you read up on registering as a business seller, at present you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
Is the tracking on the item in your sold section
If not then put it on now if you can and then get back onto ebay and point it out again. If you are on seller hub then try through seller help to get it removed
